Vimeo is one of the livestream platforms we work with. Participants can follow the livestream in high quality and interact via chat. Broadcasting via social media channels such as YouTube or Facebook is also possible. We're happy to advise you on the best platform for your audience.

Interactive livestreaming

Would you like to make your livestream more interactive and allow participants to actively engage? We can run the stream entirely via Zoom. A common response is that participants genuinely feel as though they were present at the event. The distance between home, office, and studio feels considerably smaller.

Preparation

We start with a brief consultation about the content of your livestream. Based on that, we create an online production script which we share with you. You can follow along and add to it wherever needed.

Technical run-through

Before the livestream begins, we carry out a full technical run-through. Fifteen minutes before broadcast, we start a countdown clock so participants can log in.

Live broadcast

From the moment participants log in, they can submit questions via chat and take part interactively in the event. We ensure a smooth, seamless broadcast throughout.

On-demand viewing

After the event, you will receive a replay link where the livestream can be watched and downloaded. You will also receive an export of the chat and viewing statistics.

Reliable technology at every venue

An on-location livestream comes with its own specific challenges. Unlike a fixed studio, you're dealing with variable acoustics, changing light conditions, and — most critically — dependence on the local internet connection. At VidéPro, we leave nothing to chance. We transform any venue, from a company canteen to a large conference hall, into a temporary, professional television studio.

We work exclusively with high-end broadcast equipment. Our production units are compact yet extremely powerful, allowing us to set up quickly without disrupting the venue. With multiple manned cameras and remotely operated PTZ cameras, we capture the event dynamically from every angle.

Redundancy: security for every scenario

Internet Bonding: No fixed internet connection on site? Not a problem. We bring our own 4G/5G bonding routers, which combine multiple mobile networks into a single, highly stable and fast connection.
Audio integration: We connect seamlessly to the venue's existing sound system, or bring our own wireless microphones and transmitters for crystal-clear audio.
Backup systems: We always record the livestream locally in high quality (4K or HD). Should an unexpected issue arise with the streaming platform, a perfect recording is always available for post-event publication.

Frequently asked questions about livestreams

With a livestream, we broadcast an event to an online audience. With a hybrid event, there is both an online audience and a physical audience present at the venue, with both groups able to participate actively.

We use professional PTZ cameras, 4K system cameras, wireless microphones, professional lighting, and advanced production switchers (such as the Blackmagic ATEM) to guarantee a seamless, broadcast-quality stream.

We recommend getting in touch at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance. This gives us sufficient time for a site visit, testing the internet connection, and preparing the technical setup.
