A professional corporate video starts from €2,500 for a simple production. Depending on the complexity, number of videos and desired production value, prices range between €2,500 and €15,000+. All prices are all-in: concept, production, editing, subtitles and usage rights included.
No, we work with transparent all-in prices. The quote price is the total price. The only extras that may apply are travel costs beyond 50 km (€0.40/km) and parking fees. These are always discussed in advance.
We use a 50/50 arrangement: 50% deposit upon agreement on the quote, and 50% after delivery of the final video(s). Payment term is 14 days. For larger projects (>€10,000) installment payments are possible.
Yes, always. If we still have the raw material (up to 2 years after production), we can often create additional videos from existing footage at a favorable price. New recordings are also always possible, often with volume discounts.
This rarely happens thanks to our thorough preparation. 2 feedback rounds are always included in which we adjust the video until you are satisfied. Technical issues (audio, color, our side) are always resolved free of charge.
That depends on the type of video. Testimonials: 3-5 per day. Social media content: 8-15 per day. Corporate films with B-roll: 1-2 per day. More videos per day = lower cost per video.
The average turnaround is 2-4 weeks: 1 week preparation, 1 shooting day, 1-2 weeks editing and feedback. In urgent cases this can be faster, sometimes even delivery within 48 hours after the shooting day.
Yes, you receive full usage rights: worldwide, unlimited in time, for all channels (online and offline). You may use and share the videos forever. Music licenses are included.
Yes, requesting a quote is always non-binding and free. Within 2 working days you will receive a detailed, all-in quote. No strings attached.
Yes, for companies that want to use video structurally, we offer monthly subscriptions. Think of a fixed number of videos per month, including strategy and content planning. This is the most cost-effective option for ongoing video needs.
More than 7 days before shooting: free. 3-7 days: 25%. 1-2 days: 50%. Same day: 100%. In case of force majeure we always look for a suitable solution. Rescheduling is always preferred over cancellation.
Yes, we regularly produce multilingual videos. English subtitles are included in the Professional and Enterprise package. Full English production (interview, voice-over) is also possible.
We work with fixed project prices. The quote is all-in and binding — unless you have additional wishes during the process that fall outside the scope. We always discuss these in advance, so you are never surprised.
Yes, we also offer individual crew hire. A solo cameraman costs from €950 per day, a duo crew (camera + audio) from €1,500 per day. This excludes editing — ideal if you edit yourself or have your own editor.
For urgent projects we respond the same business day. A shooting day can often be planned within 1-3 business days, and express editing is possible within 24-48 hours. Rush rates are slightly higher, but we are transparent about costs.
