We visit the venue, test the internet connection and plan camera positions. No surprises on the day itself.

Setup & Soundcheck

Our crew arrives at least 3 hours before the event. Complete setup, soundcheck and test stream.

Live Production

Realtime directing with vision mixer, graphic overlays and audio mixing. A dedicated director switches between cameras.

Post-production

Within 48 hours you receive the full recording. Within 1-2 weeks the aftermovie and individual speaker clips.

Frequently asked questions about event video

A single-camera livestream starts from €1,500. A full multi-camera production with graphic overlays and multi-platform streaming starts from €3,500. Price depends on duration, number of cameras and desired features.

For a stable HD livestream we recommend at least 10 Mbps upload. For 4K streaming 25 Mbps. We always bring a 4G/5G backup in case the fixed connection fails.

We stream to any platform: YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, LinkedIn Live, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or your own embedded player. Simultaneous multi-platform streaming is also possible.

Yes, we can handle the complete technical package: lighting, sound, screens and even full AV management. You only need to worry about the content.
